Answers before you ask.
Daily Seller Central health checks, listing monitoring and recovery, FBA shipment coordination, case management with Amazon Seller Support, reimbursement claim filing, Brand Registry maintenance, inventory health oversight, and policy compliance monitoring. You get a monthly report covering everything resolved and everything flagged. If something breaks on a Tuesday, it is being worked on Tuesday, not reviewed at the next weekly call.
Yes. Case writing and escalation is part of the daily ops. We draft cases, submit them, follow up, escalate when needed, and track resolution. You do not need to write to Seller Support yourself unless you want to. Most brands hand this over entirely within the first two weeks and do not look back.
Reimbursement recovery is included in account management, not priced separately. We audit lost, damaged, and mis-charged inventory on a rolling basis, identify what Amazon owes you, and file the claims. There is no additional percentage taken. The money goes to you. We do this because it is part of running the account properly, not because it is a revenue opportunity for us.
Yes for at-risk accounts. We monitor account health daily and act on warnings before they escalate. For accounts already suspended, we assess the situation and advise on the reinstatement path. Full suspension reinstatement is handled case by case, depending on the suspension reason. Reach out and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
That depends on your situation. Account management covers operations: listings, FBA, cases, reimbursements, health monitoring. PPC is a separate service covering ad campaigns, bids, and ad spend optimization. Many Selouse clients run both together. If you only need one, that is all you pay for. The free audit will make clear which gaps are operational and which are advertising.
Established Amazon brands doing $50K-$5M per month. Below that, the account complexity usually does not justify full-service management. Above $5M, reach out and we will discuss. The more important filter is whether your account has real operational problems: suppressed listings, reimbursement gaps, FBA issues, case backlogs. If it does, we can help.
A VA executes tasks. Selouse account managers make decisions. When Amazon flags a listing for an unknown reason, a VA opens a case and waits. Our team diagnoses the root cause, writes the case correctly the first time, escalates if needed, and fixes the underlying issue so it does not happen again. Experience and ownership of outcome is the difference.
Month-to-month, no long-term contracts. Pricing is based on account complexity and the volume of ongoing ops work, not a percentage of your revenue. Reimbursement recovery is included. Exact pricing comes out of the free account audit once we know what your Seller Central actually needs.
An Amazon account manager owns your Seller Central operations end-to-end: monitoring account health daily, diagnosing and fixing suppressed listings, filing and tracking reimbursement claims, managing FBA shipments and IPI score, writing and escalating Seller Support cases, and reporting on what's been resolved each month. At Selouse, that person is a senior operator who runs their own Seller Central accounts, not a junior VA following a checklist.
Yes. Account management (Seller Central operations, listings, FBA, reimbursements, health monitoring) and PPC (ad campaigns, bids, spend optimization) are related but separate disciplines, and Selouse runs both. Many clients combine account management with Amazon Marketing & PPC under one team covering the full channel. If you only need one, that's all you pay for.
